Banana Dates Milkshake

Banana Dates Milkshake is a treat with bananas, dates, milk and peanut butter. This super delicious, flavorful and rich milkshake is the best milkshake I have ever tasted.

Ingredients (for 1 serving):-

 Banana  1
 Dates (pitted and chopped)     2 0r 3
 Peanut butter   1 tbsp
 Sugar  2 tsp
 Milk  1 cup 

Method :-
---------------

Process everything in a blender untill smooth. Pour into tall glass and enjoy the yummy milkshake !! Slurp !!

Notes :-
----------- 

 # You can substitute plain milk with soy milk or almond milk.
# Sprinkle with Cinnamon / Chocolate chunks / freshly grated nutmeg.
