Watermelon Jamun

Watermelon Jamun is a great party treat, which is lightly enhanced with pineapple and orange juice.
These sweet melon balls are simplest and easiest to do. But they are very refreshing to eat.

Ingredients :-

 Seedless watermelon      ½
 White sugar  ¼ cup
 Orange juice    ¼ cup
 Pineapple juice  ¼ cup
 Mint leaves  for garnishing  

Method :-
------------
1). Cut the watermelon in half lengthwise with a sharp knife. 
 
2). Insert a melon baller or an ice cream scoop into the center of one watermelon half or quarter. Twist the scoop around completely, cutting out a perfect ball.
3). Lift the scoop holding the watermelon ball out of the melon. Place the ball in the bowl.

4). Scoop out the remaining melon with the melon baller, working outward from the center. 
5). Prepare the syrup by dissolving the sugar in the orange juice. Pour the syrup over the melon balls and toss lightly to coat. 
6). Place in the refrigerator for one hour, toss again slightly before serving. 

To serve, place balls of watermelon in a serving bowl and a scoop of syrup. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

# The balls from near the rind may not come out as complete spheres.
# You can store the watermelon balls in the refrigerator for up to two days.
# You can customize the recipe's flavoring to your liking.
