Tips to cut | peel veggies

# Wash vegetables before peeling or cutting to preserve the water soluble vitamins.
# Don't try to cut too fast at first. Build up your speed gradually. Soon you will be chopping like a pro.
# set up your kitchen so you have a work space for cutting right next to the stove. That way, you can just "chop and drop" as you go.
# Cut raw vegetables and fruit on clean cutting boards that have not been used to cut or prepare raw meat, raw poultry or raw fish.
# Peel vegetables as thinly as possible to preserve the minerals and vitamins.
