Blueberry Smoothie

It's smoothie season! As summer started, I wanna post some refreshing recipes. Blueberry Smoothie is a refreshing smoothie which has a great source of zinc and fiber. The flavors of summer are captured in this delicious blend.  

Ingredients :-
------------------ 
 Blueberry  1 cup
 Banana  1 
 Almond milk     1 cup   
 Honey     1 tbsp

Method :-
--------------
1). Blend all the ingredients together on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy. 


Top it with blueberries and serve in chilled glasses !


Notes :-
----------- 
# I have added banana to make the smoothie creamy, you can very well substitute with Avocado.  
# Throw any combination of milk, fruit, nuts into a blender and make a drinkable snack.
# If you’ve got leftover smoothie, pour it up into an ice cube tray for easy blending the next time.
# Top smoothies with fresh fruit, seeds, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut for a texture change.
