Avocado Smoothie

Avocado Smoothie is incredibly delicious and healthy too. This gives an interesting tasting ans makes a great after a work-out drink or as a quick filling breakfast. Avocado is a great source of protein and good fats. Greek yogurt is great for weight control because it keeps you feeling full longer. Also, it contains pro-biotic cultures and is lower in lactose and has twice the protein content of regular yogurts.

Ingredients :-
------------------- 
 Avocado(ripe)   1
 Greek yogurt (Non-fat plain)   ½ cup
 Banana  1 
 Sweetened Vannila Almond milk  ½ cup
 Honey  
 2 tbsp
 Ice-cube  2 


Method :-
------------
1). Slice avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop small pieces of the avocado flesh into a blender.

2). Combine avocado, banana, yogurt, orange juice, honey, and ice. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Pour into glasses and garnish with chocolate sauce (optional). Drink right away !

Notes :-
----------
# Try flavored yogurt instead of honey.
# Use ice or freeze your bananas in lieu of the ice. Either way, have it cold.
