Avocado Dates Milkshake

Avocado Dates Milkshake is a simple, healthy and rich recipe.

Ingredients :-
 Avocado  1
 Dates  2
 Plum   1  
 Sugar  2 tsp
 Milk     1 cup

Preparation :-
1). Peel, pitt and chop the fruits coarsely
2). Blend chopped fruits with sugar and milk at high speed until smooth. 

Enjoy the creamy milkshake with wafer rolls or chocolate sauce. 
Notes :- 
# I used chilled milk, you can also use ice-cubes to make it more chill.
# You can add whipped cream and make it more creamy.
