Strawberry Milkshake

Strawberry Milkshake is a cool and refreshing milkshake. Serve this satisfying milkshake as a light snack or nutritious beverage. Also check this link to know how to keep the strawberries fresh.

The Strawberry is called ‘the queen of fruits” as it is packed with health benefits. It boosts short term memory, helps to burn stored fat, low in calories & high in fiber, ease inflammation, lowers cardiovascular disease, promote bone health, prevent oesophageal cancer, anti-aging properties, promote eye health.

Ingredients :-
 Fresh Strawberries (hulled)    8 - 10
 Milk (whole 0r low fat)  1 cup
 Sugar   1 tbsp

Method :-
1). In a blender, combine the milk, strawberries and sugar. Pulverize it until it is completely smooth and creamy.  
2). Pour into a glass and garnish the rim with a whole strawberry. Enjoy this quick & easy treat !

Notes :-

# Adjust the strawberries depending on its size and how thick you like your shakes.   
# Fresh or frozen strawberries can be used.
# Adjust sugar to your preference and sweetness of the strawberries.
