Vigsha Ventures started as a commerce operator. Running our own consumer brands meant living every day inside the real problems of Indian ecommerce: conversations scattered across WhatsApp, email and social; orders, payments and returns that had to reconcile to the paisa; marketing decisions made on guesses instead of data.

So we built the technology ourselves: systems that keep customer conversations answered, orders moving and accounts tallying, and that help us spend marketing money on what customers actually want. Every piece is proven on our own brands before it is called done.

That order of operations is the company. We are not a software vendor that imagines what merchants need, and not a brand that treats technology as an expense. We are one team where the brand is the test bench and the technology is the moat.
