Who we are

Vigsha Ventures ("Vigsha", "we") is an ecommerce technology company registered in Karnataka, India (GSTIN 29AMKPU2779A1ZM). We build automation for commerce operations and operate our own consumer brands. This policy covers this website and the customer communication systems we run for our brands.

What we collect and why

  • This website: if you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you submit, and we use them only to reply to you. The site sets no advertising trackers.
  • Business messaging: our brands communicate with customers over channels such as WhatsApp (through the WhatsApp Business Platform), email and social messaging. When a customer contacts us or opts in to updates, we process their phone number or email address, message content and related order information to provide customer service, order updates and support.
  • Order data: purchases from our brands involve the usual order details (name, contact, shipping address, items, payment status) processed to fulfil the order and meet tax and accounting obligations.

How automation is involved

We use software, including automated assistance, to organise conversations, suggest draft replies and summarise customer enquiries for our team. These tools help our people respond faster; they do not make decisions with legal effect about you, and our team reviews customer-facing communication.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not use customer conversations for advertising to third parties.
  • We message customers on WhatsApp only per WhatsApp Business policies, and honour opt-outs: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.

Sharing and processors

We use reputable service providers to run our systems: server hosting, databases and file storage, email delivery, automated text processing that assists our team, and the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). These providers process data on our behalf, only to run the service, under their own security and privacy commitments, in India, the United States and the European Union. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it, after reviewing the request.

Retention and your choices

We keep records as long as needed for customer service and legal obligations (for example, tax records). You can ask us to correct or delete personal data that we are not legally required to keep, opt out of messaging at any time, and raise any privacy question through the contact page or by phone at +91 74111 86111. We reply from Bengaluru, usually within a few working days.
